7zbd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") 7zbd Platform ("7zbd", "We", or "Platform") and your ("User" or "Member") constitutes a legal agreement. By opening an account on the 7zbd.ws website or mobile app, you agree to every clause of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual may only hold One Account You may keep it. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be permanently closed.

• Accounts may not be registered using bots, scripts, or any automated method.

After registration, 7zbd may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be withheld if KYC is not completed.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be submitted:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until its wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (higher for VIP members).

7zbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, Free Spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a set number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Some games may not count in full toward wagering requirements when playing with bonus funds. A list of applicable games is provided in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued, after which they will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus — typically 10% of the bonus amount or ৳500, whichever is lower.
• The same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method may not claim the same bonus more than once.

7zbd offers Sports Betting and casino gaming as two separate sections. While each has its own specific rules, certain general conditions apply to both:

• Sports Betting: Bets can be placed before a match begins or during live play. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be fully refunded.
• Casino Games: All games use a Certified RNG. If a technical error occurs during any game, the bets for that round will be considered void.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the game and account level.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.

7zbd monitors suspicious betting patterns — such as unusually large bets or repeatedly targeting specific odds. If such activity is detected, 7zbd reserves the right to withhold payments or investigate the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7zbd and will result in immediate action:

1. Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
2. Bots & Automated Software: Placing bets or playing games using any kind of bot, script, or AI tool.
3. Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes. 7zbd complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
4. Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or methods to circumvent bonus terms.
5. Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security.
6. Using Another Person's Account: Placing bets or conducting transactions through another person's account without authorisation.

7zbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• No account activity for an extended period (24 months+).
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion or account closure request).

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.
